yep, sounds good!
Vitamin A is meant to be good for dandruff, so maybe eating liver could be useful. Danny Roddy said this about itchy scalp: *"People knew about it, even on old hair loss forums, that their scalp would hurt when their stomach was messed up. And there's a paper called the itchy histamine scalp or something similar to that. And so serotonin lowering the CO2 through inhibiting carbonic anhydrase and degranulating mast cells that could cause like a histamine reaction that could result of negative effects on the scalp. So yeah, I mean, that's just something I've heard so, so many times and then personal experience as well."* Cold sores are a virus. Ray mentioned topical aspirin for them. General anti-inflammatory things will probably help. Eating liver and addressing any potential intestinal issues seems reasonable.
Sounds good, keep us updated. Would be good to see before and after temps!
Nice! The usual ratio is around 1mg K2 per 300-350mg aspirin - so 1 or 2 drops orally is enough. oral absorption will pretty much be 100%
Damn, sorry to hear that. Thorne's vitmain K is pretty good - Ray recommended it before. Oral absorption is better than rubbing on the skin (around 10% absorption), so it would be more economical to take it orally. Taking with fat makes sense. Have you been seeing any benefits from the aspirin?
Yep, I definitely have a bile issue. My temps are pretty much always ideal, but my pulse is always 70 or below.
I've taken 1g of aspirin for a few days without K2 and not had issues, but I didn't do this for a long period of time. When discussing taking Vitamin K with antibiotics/aspirin, Ray did say that having a few servings of kale would provide enough: *"Eventually, it could cause a vitamin K deficiency. So if you're going to be taking big doses for a long time, you should eat aged cheeses, some liver, cooked kale and broccoli and so on"*
Thanks for letting me know - will try to fix!
thanks!
