Yes, I'm pretty sure the aspirin has actually helped me. I feel better and more clarity and more energetic when i take it combined with extra sugar especially aswell as coffee. So that is why I want to experiment with higher dosages. Not only the health benefits but also some use it as a kind of ED medication in studies I've seen.\ \ Thorne has 1 mg k2 mk4 per drop, how much do you think would be absorbed orally? How many drops should i take when taking my 0.5g aspirin?
i supplement eggshell powder of course for calcium when i dont eat dairy. also ill be drinking 3 cups of coffee (ofc with extra food) instead of only one cup daily.

They are dissolved in MCT oil im pretty sure. I heard they are pretty high quality. I can either rub them in my skin, correct me if wrong, or use them with some sort of fat like coconut oil. I will do like 1-1.5 mg of k2 mk4 per 0.5 g of aspirin.\ \ I might up the aspirin to 1.5 mg but i dunno. I am struggling with erectile dysnfunction to an extent after a little over half a year on a very high fat diet (carnivore diet) which ruined my body completly as a 18 yo.\ \ Very sad...
